Eurovets Veterinary Medicines LLC is a veterinary pharmaceutical and animal healthcare distribution company established in 2009 with operations headquartered the United Arab Emirates, and operating in Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
We specialise in the distribution of animal health care products and services ranging from medicines, diagnostics, biosecurity, pet nutrition, equipment, consumables, for all types of animals.
We proudly serve all animal health businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC region.
2. Terms & Conditions
Eurovets Veterinary Medicines LLC maintains the website https://www.eurovets.ae/ ("Site").
"United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records to comply with our policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
No cash payment will be recognised without an official receipt.
Claims Policy
Claims for short or incorrect deliveries, breakages, or short-dated stock (3 months or less) must be reported to Eurovets within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

www.eurovets.ae takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, www.eurovets.ae cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

5. Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is successfully processed:
- A payment confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via registered email within 24 hours of receipt.
- The confirmation will include transaction details and order summary.
- Customers may also receive an SMS confirmation depending on their payment provider.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product supplied
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Wrong order placed
- Short delivery
- Approved cancellation within allowed time frame
- Verified product defects
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Eurovets reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving refunds.
7. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- Products are damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Delivery packaging has not been opened
- Products are sealed, untampered, and in original packaging
Customers must notify us before returning products.
Products must be shipped using a registered courier service.
We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if:
- Product has been used
- Product has been tampered with
- Packaging is not original
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
If cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy.
9. Pricing and Description
All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.
The displayed price and currency at checkout will match the Transaction Receipt.
Eurovets reserves the right to update product prices and descriptions without prior notice.
In compliance with banking regulations:
The following countries are restricted and removed from checkout:
Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.
No card payments will be accepted from the above-mentioned countries.
10. Additional – Line of Business Confirmation
Eurovets Veterinary Medicines LLC operates under a UAE trade license covering:
- Veterinary medicines trading
- Animal health products trading
- Veterinary equipment and consumables trading
- Pet nutrition and related supplies
If the website now includes service-related tabs (e.g., training, consultation, or event services), please confirm whether these fall under your existing trade license activity or require additional licensing.
11. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
Eurovets Veterinary Medicines LLC directly delivers products within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Outside of the UAE, we operate deliveries via a Third Party.
All orders are processed and fulfilled directly by Eurovets.
We only offer international shipping to established customers and where payment is made in advance.
Delivery Schedule
Dubai: Next day delivery where orders received within the cut off period or within 48 hours upon order confirmation.
Other Emirates: Delivery on the designated delivery day assigned for each Emirate.
Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (UAE Time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Customers are requested to plan their orders according to their designated delivery day to ensure adequate stock availability.
Delivery Charges
All Emirates: No delivery fee on normal orders placed.
Cash on Delivery (If Applicable) Orders:
Failure to make cash payment upon delivery (where applicable) will result in an additional delivery fee of AED 150 for the rescheduled delivery or cancelled trip due to lack of cash available from the customer.
Special Orders
Items not listed in our standard inventory are categorized as Special Orders.
The following service fees apply:
- Orders above AED 1,000: 5% service fee.
- Orders below AED 1,000: AED 100 service fee.
The service fee covers handling, importation, customs clearance, and administrative expenses.
Customers will be notified in advance and approval will be obtained prior to processing any Special Order.
