Delivery / Shipping Policy

We deliver our products all across UAE only. All orders and deliveries are fulfilled solely by Eurovets. Deliveries within UAE is as per the below standard delivery schedule. 

Eurovets will deliver products within 48 hours of order confirmation in Dubai or on the designated delivery day specified for other Emirates.

We request you mark your designated delivery day and plan your orders to ensure you have adequate products in stock.

Delivery Service Charge

• • • Dubai: Delivery within 48 hours upon order confirmation.
    • Other Emirates: Free delivery on orders above 250 AED.
    • All Deliveries: An additional 150 AED delivery fee will be applicable on orders below 250 AED.
    • Failure to make a cash payment upon delivery will result in an additional delivery fee of 150 AED during the subsequent rescheduled delivery.

Special Orders

• • • All items outside our normal listed inventory are categorized as special orders.
    • A 5% service fee is applicable on orders over 1000 AED
    • 100 AED service fee is applicable on orders below 1000 AED.

Please note, the service fee will apply to cover handling, import and clearance expenses. Our customer service will advise you in advance to seek your approval before proceeding.
